Sound Healing with Karen Foote
Crystal Chakra Bowls
With Sound Healing, you can deeply quiet your mind, body and spirit. Let the sound waves come over your body and physically relax you.
Round up some friends and/or family and go deep with meditation together.
Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, bolsters— anything that’ll make you comfortable while you lie down on the ground for about an hour. It’s like a spiritual slumber party! Everyone just gets comfy and lays back, allowing the healing vibrations of the bowls to wash over them. Limiting group sizes to 6.

If you feel weird to show up empty handed, bring cash and/or a shelf stable item or two to be donated to a local food pantry.
I really just wanna share my work with the community and reach those who are curious and open about getting their energy reset! Please reach out if you’d like to attend— I have a limit of 8 spots.
Everyone in attendance will be laying down on yoga mats w blankets and pillows for about half the time we are gathered. We do have folding chairs if laying down isn’t doable.

This is a remote healing- not a live call.
You do not need to DO anything other than to decide to receive.
However, should you choose, you could always sit in meditation from 9:30-10 and notice what you feel or sense. I will be sending the collective healing and tuning in at that time, writing notes as I work.
Afterward I email out everyone on the list with the group healing summary.
If you chose the “personal reading add on” I will pull a card, intuit a crystal and an animal totem specifically for YOU which I will text at some point within 24 hours (along with links to look up the animal totem meaning)

Over the years I have built my own personal network of like minded entrepreneurs who are passionate about their chosen field who I refer my own clients to and I thought it’d be cool to gather in an official way to share resources and skill sets.
