About Your Teacher Karen Foote:
Karen has been working professionally with bodywork clients for over 20 years. She started out as a massage therapist in 2000 at 22, then after the onset of her mother’s autoimmune disease she ventured into the world of subtle energy healing via CranioSacral Healing. In 2008 she had a Spiritual Awakening and felt very much guided to become a “Spiritual Intuitive Healer”. She spent the next several years honing her craft and soon began teaching what she’d learned with others!
Karen is a Reiki Master Teacher, owner of Moon Magic (A Spiritual Wellness Center and store) in Hillsdale NJ and has a thriving practice of 1:1 clients along with a large community of students from her metaphysical teachings. She developed her flagship online course Spiritual Seekers 101 in 2019 to help simplify the awakening process for those with an interest in the spiritual energy world. Her down to Earth teaching style makes learning fun and accessible.
Karen lives in Northern NJ with her two teenagers and her husband of 20 years, along with their cat and dog. She is known to hug trees and lay in the grass and doesn’t care about material things all that much. She loves chilling on the couch with her husband, watching Outlander (she feels quite connected to Clare! Lol), and walks in the neighborhood with her dog, while also seeking out beautiful views of nature to capture and post on IG! :)
